Join our workshop to explore mental health topics affecting men, identified by participants. Our group seminars offer practical strategies and opportunities to build connection.

Our team of male clinicians combines diverse life experiences with specialized clinical training. They understand firsthand the challenges of balancing work, family, and everyday stressors.

Jonathan Clayton, LPC brings 10 years of clinical experience working with families, couples, and individuals. He specializes in couples counseling with focuses on building relationships and strengthening communication skills.

Isaiah Day, LPC brings 10 years of clinical experience working with a broad range of clients. He specializes in the mind-body connection in mental health and supports clients in building habits for their overall health.

Elijah Smith, Resident in Counseling, brings over 30 years of experience in the military and law enforcement. He specializes in working with veterans and military families and building leadership skills.

Matthew Umbrell, Intern, enjoys working with individuals on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. He focuses on helping individuals identify strengths and coping skills to manage overwhelming stressors.
Event Outline ​

Check-In and clinician introduction​​.

Participants will be broken into groups and attend mini seminars led by our team of clinicians on specialized topics important to men's mental health.
​
Lunch with the clinicians will be included between seminars.
​
Please plan on wearing comfortable, athletic clothes as there will be opportunities for physical activities.
